Is It Kosher? with Dr. Rabbi Shmuel Klatzkin

Rabbi Klatzkin became a field representative of OK Kosher Certification 20 years ago. For several years, he was one of OK's visiting Rabbis, visiting food and nutraceutical manufacturers worldwide. Currently he visits factories in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana including four cheese plants, a major producer of frozen meatless entrees, nut and fruit snacks, and a bourbon and rye distillery. He earned his Phd from Brandeis University and his ordination from Hebrew Union College. He is a prolific writer and lecturer and serves as Associate Rabbi of Chabad of Greater Dayton.
